Understand Our Screen Preparation Process
There is an initial charge for each screen prepared (we require one screen for each color and location).
The screen prep charge is for labor and materials needed to prepare the screen(s). Although the screen is our property, we will use the image for the customer to whom it belongs.
Additional screen preparation charges apply to the designs with more colors and locations.
We may hold multi-color designs for a pre-determined amount of time.
Our staff holds one-color, non-dated designs on file indefinitely.
Submit Your Artwork Through the Appropriate Avenues
Customers should submit all artwork via email, CD Rom, or camera-ready hard copies. Hard copies must be in a crisp, black and white format without screened halftones. All digital files should be vector files sent in EPS, Adobe Illustrator (version CS2). Customers must convert all fonts to outlines or curves. Our team does not accept Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, or JPEG files. We do not accept faxes or internet artwork as camera-ready.
We would be happy to provide you a proof before production via an email PDF file. You should examine the proof very closely before signing it for approval. Please check all typesetting for spelling corrections, color separations, and the overall layout. We consider the proof as the final approval on any artwork. A delay in a response will result in delayed production. Centennial Screen Printing & Embroidery will not be responsible for any errors in artwork once we complete the artwork.
Understand Centennial Screen Printing & Embroidery’s Ink Color Charges
If your order requires printing with one color and then changing to another, we apply a $5.00 color change charge. (For example, you change the ink color for half of your order from green to blue).

We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Customers must pay the balance upon delivery via checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard.

The standard production time is 10 working days. However, we will make every effort to meet your requirements if an order is needed sooner. Rush charges may apply.
We Offer Customer Supplied Goods/Contract Printing
We will gladly print on merchandise that the customer supplies. Our team does not guarantee prints on customer-supplied merchandise. We cannot be responsible for spoiled or damaged goods supplied by the customer. Mistakes, while rare, do happen.
